Liquefied gas cylinders must be inspected and qualified by the technical supervision department, and cannot be filled and used without inspection. When ventilating, the safety inspection of the cylinder shall be carried out and the service station shall be assisted in the dynamic leak test of the cylinder angle valve. Keep away from open flames and high temperatures for liquefied gas cylinders. It is strictly forbidden to use liquefied gas in the same room with other fire sources. The two ends of the connecting cylinder and the hose must be clamped with hose clamps; after use, the angle valve of the liquefied gas cylinder should be closed; when the gas is exchanged, the pressure regulator should be carefully checked before the pressure regulator is in good condition, otherwise it cannot be used , When installing the regulator, the regulator handwheel should be tightened, and the angle valve of the cylinder should be opened to check whether each interface leaks. Because the liquid in the cylinder is reduced, the pressure is low. Do not use fire or hot water to heat the cylinder when the flame is not strong. When the pressure of the liquefied gas is insufficient and cannot be burned normally, the cylinder should be sent to the gas supply unit to dispose of the residual liquid. The user shall not pour the residual liquid outdoors or in the sewer by himself. This is prone to fire accidents. It is necessary to check the cylinders, pipes and ball valves frequently for air leaks. You can apply soapy water to the angle valves, pressure regulators, ball valves and hoses of the cylinders to check. If bubbles emerge from the smearing area, immediately close the cylinder corners. When there is a leakage of liquefied gas, the doors and windows should be opened for ventilation in time to spread to the direction where there is no open flame. Fire nearby is strictly prohibited. When the gas cylinder catches fire, immediately close the valve and move it to an open outdoor place. Use dry powder fire extinguishing agent, carbon dioxide fire extinguishing agent or cover with wet sack to extinguish the fire.
